We wish you a warm welcome to our Residence Ada located in the centre of the delightful town of San Cassiano in Val Badia. Whether you are a couple, with friends or family with children, our apartments are suitable for long stays and our cosy b&b rooms promise you wonderful moments in Alta Badia and will make you feel at home. The units are furnished in warm, spacious and bright colours and have one or more balconies with breath-taking views of the snowy peaks and always-different colourful sunsets.

We are just 200 m from the ski slopes connecting the Dolomiti Superski area and the famous Sellaronda. In summer our Residence Ada in San Cassiano is an excellent starting point for trekking and hiking routes.

And if you would like to stay in the equally pleasant town of Brunico, rich in history, and visit the surrounding area, take beautiful walks and enjoy fabulous skiing on the Plan de Corones (Kronplatz) plateau, we suggest the spacious and modern rooms of our Bed & Breakfast Am Schloss in a family and modern atmosphere.

From 1/1/2014, a Tourist Tax* of €3.00 per person per day (from the age of 14) will be added to the listed prices. The tax is payable on-site.

Additional costs:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
  • Pets upon request.
The reservation will only be considered final upon receipt of a 40% deposit of the total price.
In case of cancellation 30 days before arrival, the deposit will not be considered a penalty but will be converted into a voucher to be used freely in the future, subject to availability.
Beyond this term, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
Late arrivals or early departures will be charged accordingly.
We reserve the right to adjust prices if strictly necessary.

Ready to explore the most beautiful peaks and slopes of the Dolomites? Can you smell that magical scent of mother nature and the sparkling and inviting air of the mountains of Val Badia? Leave your car in the garage or in the private car park of our Residence Ada in San Cassiano and you will be just a few steps from the Piz Sorega ski lift. The pleasant and fast cable car will take you to the fascinating plateau between San Cassiano, La Villa and Corvara to enable you to experience the most beautiful emotions.

Also convenient and practical is the adjacent ski pass and the Summer Card point of sale. All this is synonymous with fabulous days spent skiing in winter and hiking during the summer.

Reaching our Residence Ada in San Cassiano in Alta Badia is very easy: Coming from Gardena Pass or Brunico continue along the state road 244 to the village of La Villa, then turn in the direction of San Cassiano and continue along the provincial road 37 for about 1.7 km. Once you arrive at the roundabout before the village of San Cassiano, take the first exit, always remaining on the provincial road 37. You will see our Residence Ada on your left and at the next roundabout turn into Berto Street to reach our residence. If instead you are coming from Falzarego Pass, remain on the provincial road 37 as far as the town of San Cassiano and after the Piz Sorega ski lift on your left take the first exit at the roundabout. This will bring you to our Residence Ada in San Cassiano.

The Alta Badia ski area is one of the best ski areas in the world. Slopes perfectly groomed every night and fast and modern lifts to take you up to the most beautiful plateaus. If you choose the Dolomiti Superski skipass, you will be connected to the largest ski area in the Dolomites with 1,200 km of slopes. The legendary Sellaronda, a 42 km clockwise and counter-clockwise skiable route, will enable you to experience unforgettable descents in the midst of fantastic landscapes.

For those who do not want to ski, there are many possibilities for winter walks with snowshoes in the fresh snow, such as along the meadows of Armentara or on the path of the lakes „Tru di lec“ or even on the Cherz Plateau.

Snowboarders can enjoy themselves in the various snowparks of Alta Badia, while children will love the various snow playgrounds or the toboggan runs.
