Whether you are a couple, with friends or family with children, our apartments are suitable for long stays and our cosy b&b rooms promise you wonderful moments in Alta Badia and will make you feel at home. The units are furnished in warm, spacious and bright colours and have one or more balconies with breath-taking views of the snowy peaks and always-different colourful sunsets.

We are just 200 m from the ski slopes connecting the Dolomiti Superski area and the famous Sellaronda. In summer our Residence Ada in San Cassiano is an excellent starting point for trekking and hiking routes.

We have chosen brightly coloured and at the same time relaxing furnishings, adding natural wood for a warmer atmosphere.

The prices are per apartment a day. From 01/01/2014 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax* amounting to 1,90€ per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure in cash.

Additional costs: 

10 Outdoor parking on reservation
Garage: 10€ (summer) 15€ (winter)

Conditions:

Smoking in the apartments is strictly forbidden.
Pets are allowed only in the summer on request and payment. We will charge 15,00 euro a day and pet!
Your pets are allowed only for apartment, not for room Fanes!
Arrival and departure day is Saturday.
During the off-season, with a minimum stay of 3 days, arrivals and departures are possible even during the week. The double rooms can also be booked only for one night.
The apartments are at your disposal from 15.30 of the arrival day until 09.00 of the departure day.
Reservations are valid, after having paid the deposit of a half of the total price. The deposit is not refundable!


We offer the following terms and conditions of our rooms:

In case of cancellations made until 30 days before check in, the amount paid as a deposit will not be considered
a penalty but will be converted into a voucher to be used freely in the future after checking availability.

Otherwise, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.  

For postponed check-ins or early check-outs the price billed will be according to the booking.

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Location and how to reach us

Ready to explore the most beautiful peaks and slopes of the Dolomites? Can you smell that magical scent of mother nature and the sparkling and inviting air of the mountains of Val Badia? Leave your car in the garage or in the private car park of our Residence Ada in San Cassiano and you will be just a few steps from the Piz Sorega ski lift. The pleasant and fast cable car will take you to the fascinating plateau between San Cassiano, La Villa and Corvara to enable you to experience the most beautiful emotions.

Also convenient and practical is the adjacent ski pass and the Summer Card point of sale. All this is synonymous with fabulous days spent skiing in winter and hiking during the summer.

Reaching our Residence Ada in San Cassiano in Alta Badia is very easy: Coming from Gardena Pass or Brunico continue along the state road 244 to the village of La Villa, then turn in the direction of San Cassiano and continue along the provincial road 37 for about 1.7 km. Once you arrive at the roundabout before the village of San Cassiano, take the first exit, always remaining on the provincial road 37. You will see our Residence Ada on your left and at the next roundabout turn into Berto Street to reach our residence. If instead you are coming from Falzarego Pass, remain on the provincial road 37 as far as the town of San Cassiano and after the Piz Sorega ski lift on your left take the first exit at the roundabout. This will bring you to our Residence Ada in San Cassiano.
