Booking Conditions

To confirm your booking, we require a 40% deposit to be paid within 3 days of written confirmation.The balance can be paid:
· upon arrival (cash or card – American Express not accepted)
· or via bank transfer at least 3 days before arrival

Cancellation Policy

· Up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation
· Between 30 and 15 days: 40% cancellation fee (deposit retained)
· Between 14 and 7 days: 70% of the total
· Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of the stay

We recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
